Wave Creation is a sound work created by the composer ilia Osokin for the concert hall of the national museum Marc Chagall.
It invites you to live a sensory and immersive experience in dialogue with the three stained glass windows of The Creation of the World by Chagall, a monumental work which integrates into the architecture of the museum, the transcendence of matter through the light.
The miracle of the creation of life, carried out in seven days according to the book of Genesis, is interpreted here in three musical sequences lasting a total of 25 minutes. Through a quadraphonic sound spatialization, Ilia Osokin's work inhabits and circulates throughout the space of the auditorium, showing through sound the movement of the origins of the world and its incarnation in physical matter.
